Enjoy Yourself
Keep it simple. You don't need to know very much in order to begin meditating. Just come on in.

Keep it personal. Do it your way. You can't imitate someone else's meditation. You know what you love.

Be brief. A few minutes of meditation is powerful. Do that then call it a day.

Dive in. Ask for help when you need it. Stay in touch. Use this form to receive a more or less monthly meditation newsletter, with tips, news about The Radiance Sutras, workshop announcements.

Music I Love

Before meditating in the morning or evening, I often listen to any and all kinds of music, it's all good. I just listen to anything I crave to hear, any song from anywhere on Earth, from every genre, band, orchestra, or singer. Each one gets my heart resonating in a different way. So all music is potentially good to prepare me for meditation.

But
during meditation, I am very particular. There is only one musician whose work I tend to listen to during meditation. The music of David Parsons.
